Who We Are

The Jersey Justice Center is governed by a Board of Trustees.  Each of the trustees has extensive experience in New Jersey public policy, legislation, education, the NJ Constitution, and the issues we address.  Each of our current trustees has either served as the president or executive director of a state-wide organization or Board of Education.

What We Do

The Jersey Justice Center was established to fill a void – Legal and policy issues that were unfair, illegal, or ran counter to Judeao-Christian principles were often ignored by national legal defense organizations who sought to concentrate their efforts elsewhere.

Over the past decades, attacks against New Jersey organizations supporting Life, or Family, or even equity in application of the law were ignored.  You can read about the “final straw” legal case on our Current Issues page.

Litigation – We support and initiate litigation in public policy areas.

Legal Team – We assemble a legal team around specific issues to initiate or support litigation.

Education – We use our experience, resources, and collaborative efforts to education students and the public about our state and national Constitutions, our history, and events which impact the body politic.

Funding – We raise funds to support those issues or litigation selected by our Board of Trustees (hint: we always need your support!)

Defending Against Injustice – We hold a Biblical world view, and work thereby to define our priorities and defend against injustices.

Illuminating Abuses – In a society that believes only in itself, or rationalizes its decisions without external guidance (as in Scripture), what is right and just is a moving target that changes with whims.  Abuses occur in this fog of fuzzy thinking.  In a society guided by God’s Word, there is little fog.
