A commitment to legal defense and education

The Jersey Justice Center raises funds, hires attorneys, files litigation, provides civic education and speaks out on public policy matters. We are committed to protecting the rule of law and seeking justice in defense of Judaeo-Christian values and the unalienable rights protected by the U.S. Constitution.

What We Do

JJC is a civic legal defense organization. We raise funds to initiate or support litigation, and may work together with other organizations to serve our mission.

The Jersey Justice Center also works to educate the public in areas of public policy.  We work to enhance understanding of our federal and state constitutions, we speak to abuses of law, and within a Biblical world view, we raise awareness of how secular governance can violate the core unalienable rights of our constitutions.

Contributions to the Jersey Justice Center are not tax deductible at this time.

You play a key role in our work

We can not do this important work without the financial support of the public.  The hours of legal research, the cost of litigation and the defense of justice all are expensive.  External litigation can cost up to $500 per hour; sometimes more.  A single case in New Jersey courts can cost $150,000.  Without public support for our work, it is not possible to sustain these costs.  The work of a legal defense fund, such as the Jersey Justice Center, needs your support, both financially and through civic engagement of individuals, organizations, public policy groups and religious organizations.

The Jersey Justice Center is a New Jersey nonprofit corporation.  At this time, contributions are not tax deductible.  Funds contributed to the Center are used solely in support of our mission.  Given the nature of legal defense, contributions cannot be returned, because they will often quickly be disbursed to attorneys, legal firms, and other researchers or advisors working directly on litigation our Board of Trustees has voted to support.
